We're happy to accept returns for exchange or refund up to 14 days from the date of receiving your order, provided the items are unworn and in the condition in which they are received.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@injuneclothing.com with your request, reasoning & order number.

Please note:

  • Return shipping & any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returned items are thoroughly inspected and we are unable to refund or exchange items in an unsuitable condition.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your bank account. We can only issue refunds to the original payment card.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability, if the item you have requested is out of stock, your exchange will be fulfilled when the item is back in stock or a refund will be issued.
  • Once we receive the return, we aim to process your refund or exchange within 5 working days.
  • The initial shipping charges are not refundable.

International Returns & Exchange Policy

In addition to our Returns & Exchange Policy, please note:

  • We are unable to accept exchanges on international orders.
  • You are responsible for return postage costs & any custom fees incurred.

If your item is a gift or you are not able to return within 14 days, please email support@injuneclothing.com and we will accommodate you as best as we can.
