Returns & Exchanges

We're happy to accept returns for exchange or refund up to 14 days from date of purchase, provided the items are unworn and in the condition in which they are received.

Please note:

  • All returned items are thoroughly inspected and we are unable refund or exchange items in an unsuitable condition.
  • Return postage costs (£3.95) will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Once you receive your return shipping label via email you have a further week to ship your return.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your bank account. We can only issue refunds to the original payment card.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability, if the item you have requested is out of stock, your exchange will be fulfilled when the item is back in stock.
  • Once we receive the return, we aim to process your refund or exchange within 5 working days. Exchanges will be sent out using Standard Delivery.

International Returns & Exchange Policy

In additional to our Returns & Exchange Policy, please note:

  • We are unable to accept exchanges on international orders.
  • You are responsible for return postage costs (price varies depending on location - the same as you paid for shipping) & any custom fees incurred.

If your item is a gift or you are not able to return within 14 days, please email hello@injuneclothing.com and we will accommodate you as best we can.
