Returns & Exchanges

UK & Australia

We're happy to accept returns for exchange or refund up to 7 days from the date of receiving your order, provided the items are unworn and in the condition in which they are received.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@injuneclothing.com with your request, reasoning & order number.

Please note:

  • Return shipping & any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returned items are thoroughly inspected and we are unable to refund or exchange items in an unsuitable condition.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your bank account. We can only issue refunds to the original payment card.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability, if the item you have requested is out of stock, your exchange will be fulfilled when the item is back in stock or a refund will be issued.
  • Once we receive the return, we aim to process your refund or exchange within 5 working days.
  • The initial shipping charges are not refundable.

International Returns & Exchange Policy

In addition to our Returns & Exchange Policy, please note:

  • We are unable to accept exchanges on international orders.
  • You are responsible for return postage costs & any custom fees incurred.
